"An Evening of Conversation with Armistead Maupin"
UCLA, Schoenberg Hall

Said to contain "one of the richest panoplies of characters in modern fiction," Armistead Maupin's hugely popular "Tales of the City" has evolved from a groundbreaking newspaper serial to six best-selling novels and several acclaimed television miniseries.

This "Evening of Conversation with Armistead Maupin" was hosted by Tim Miller.

I went there with Bryan, a HUGE fan of Armistead Maupin (I tought he was going to faint when we met him... look at the next photo, he is so happy!) and with Astrid. He tried to speak some French with us, and told us he was on Bernard Pivot's show in France last January. He was so nice, that was a great moment!
